Really good Service and Beautiful Accommodations

personal attention clean riad excellent breakfast taxi arrangement

Mohammed helped us greatly when we left for the sahara early one morning. He escorted us to the pickup location and ensured we got into the correct car. I felt reassured by this personal attention. The riad was very clean. The breakfast was excellent with several choices like the moroccan breakfast we tried.

The jacuzzi on the rooftop was out of service. Staff indicated it would be repaired daily, but it remained unavailable. the indoor pool was quite cold, and we didn't see anyone use it .

The staff arranged a taxi for our airport return and escorted us to the taxi. Mohammed was helpful and attentive to our needs, we felt safe and looked after. This assistance was valuable, especially traveling with family.

Breakfast had several options to choose from. We chose the Moroccan breakfast. IT was delicious. The breakfast service was prompt, and the quality of the food was excellent, setting a positive tone for our days.

Very nice Medina Stay!

perfect location quiet place great terrace

This riad's location is perfect for exploring. It's close to the Medina!). The riad itself is quiet and secluded. The rooftop terrace is great. The spa provides a very welcome escape!

The indoor pool was unfortunately too cold, I saw nobody using it. The jacuzzi on the rooftop was not working . They told me it would be fixed the next day, but overhearing the staff, this seems to be a common false promise.

mould shower walls sugary orange juice

The location was acceptable enough i suppose. Near most things.

The shower temperature swung wildly between scalding and freezing. It was like a waterboarding session. mould also decorated the shower walls. A charming touch. breakfast wasn't a highlight. I suspect the orange juice had enough sugar to fuel a small car.

The hotel is located just a short walk from the main square. I found the cleanliness of the hotel amazing. The breakfast chef was very skilled, and the restaurant staff was friendly (I especially liked the mint tea!). I appreciate the tranquil environment,.

My room was amazing. It was a sea of tranquility inside chaotic city. The staff were courteous and helpful. I enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi and breakfast each morning, it was a perfect start to the day.

The pool was in the shade so the water was a little cold.
